This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a QA Tester - Driving Empire based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on quality assurance role supporting a major Roblox driving game with millions of players. You will test new features, vehicles, updates, and gameplay experiences across mobile, tablet, PC, and console environments. The role combines technical testing with a strong player-first mindset, ensuring issues are identified, reproduced, documented, and communicated before they reach the live game. You will work closely with QA leads, developers, artists, and fellow testers in a fully remote, globally distributed environment. Attention to detail and a deep understanding of Roblox player behavior will be essential to identifying issues that could affect the player experience. The position offers an opportunity to directly influence the quality of a high-visibility game while working within a collaborative game development team.

• Test the game in both live and QA environments across mobile, tablet, PC, and console platforms to ensure broad and consistent quality coverage.

• Test new features, vehicles, updates, and gameplay changes from both functional and player-experience perspectives.

• Identify inconsistencies, defects, visual issues, gameplay problems, and other elements that may negatively affect the player experience.

• Reproduce issues consistently and document them with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, logs, and other relevant supporting materials.

• Represent the player community when evaluating usability, gameplay quality, and overall experience.

• Collaborate with the QA Lead to develop and execute comprehensive test plans designed to identify potential issues before release.

• Work closely with other QA testers to coordinate coverage, communicate progress, highlight risks, and share test results.

• Maintain a methodical approach to repetitive and high-volume testing while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Communicate testing findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Prioritize testing activities effectively to meet deadlines and support reliable releases.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Active experience as a Roblox player and a strong understanding of Roblox gameplay, communities, and player behavior.

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, defects, and elements that do not behave or appear as expected.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple testing activities and meet deadlines.

• Ability to reproduce, investigate, and clearly communicate issues using concise and structured information.

• Comfortable performing repetitive or high-volume testing while maintaining focus, consistency, and accuracy.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate with stakeholders at different levels.

• Strong player empathy and the ability to assess features from the perspective of the game's community.

• Availability to work full-time, approximately 40+ hours per week.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Previous professional experience working on Roblox games is considered an advantage.

• Previous QA or software testing experience is considered an advantage.

• Experience with specific tools or technologies is not required, although familiarity with collaborative tools and platforms can be helpful.
