- Generate accurate customer invoices based on payroll submissions, expense reports, and service-related billing requirements.
- Review employee and contractor expenses to ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and invoicing schedules.
- Monitor and track contractor and consultant payment releases in accordance with agreed timelines and contractual terms.
- Support billing activities for multiple service lines, including workforce and advisory-related services.
- Assist with invoice and expense processing while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential client and financial information responsibly to protect organizational integrity and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support operational efficiency.
- Contribute to additional finance and billing-related tasks as needed in a fast-moving global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in billing, expense review, payroll support, or finance operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage high volumes of time-sensitive work while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
