You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and deliver both recurring and ad hoc analysis. • Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale product usage datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.
• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders in a clear, accessible format.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Identify anomalies, data quality issues, and opportunities for improving data collection and reporting processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for analytics workflows, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage multiple concurrent analytical projects while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Data Analyst or similar analytics role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing queries for large datasets.
• Solid understanding of descriptive statistics and ability to interpret analytical results.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets in a business or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
