- Review charges for accuracy and make updates when needed.
- Research payment issues and communicate findings to customers and vendors.
- Analyze data to determine payment solutions and minimize defects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Apply compliance processes to all job responsibilities.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
