- Lead and manage logistics and project solution initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, technology, and client stakeholders to support seamless implementation activities.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to maintain project transparency and alignment throughout all phases.
- Support operational optimization initiatives related to distribution centers, automation systems, fulfillment strategies, and material handling processes.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and company best practices while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements that improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex logistics, supply chain, automation, or distribution-related projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients in highly collaborative environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with distribution operations, material handling systems, warehouse automation, or fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage risks, drive process improvements, and deliver results in remote or hybrid work settings.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies, reporting tools, and operational planning systems.
