Partner Success Manager

This role sits at the center of strategic growth within the global cruise ecosystem, where you will transform key partner relationships into high-performing revenue engines. You will act as a trusted advisor to major cruise line partners, helping them unlock incremental value through data-driven insights, structured forecasting, and innovative solution adoption. The environment is fast-paced, highly analytical, and deeply collaborative, requiring strong commercial instincts and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will leverage modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows, to identify expansion opportunities and deliver sharper, more efficient account strategies. This is a highly autonomous role where you will coordinate cross-functional executives to drive partner success and ensure seamless execution across a complex portfolio. It’s an opportunity to directly shape how global travel partners evolve their revenue strategies and customer experience offerings.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic cruise line partnerships while driving measurable revenue growth and long-term value creation. You will operate as the primary strategic lead for your portfolio, combining analytics, relationship management, and commercial execution.

  • Manage a portfolio of global cruise line partners as the primary strategic point of contact
  • Translate partner business goals into actionable growth strategies and measurable outcomes
  • Analyze historical performance data to identify revenue optimization and expansion opportunities
  • Build forecasts, account plans, and strategic recommendations using data-driven insights
  • Drive adoption of new solutions to increase ancillary revenue and partner performance
  • Use AI-enabled tools to streamline research, planning, and opportunity identification
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal stakeholders and senior executives to execute account strategies
  • Lead partner discussions, negotiations, and strategic planning sessions
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure operational excellence and alignment across all stages of partner engagement
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven relationship builder with strong analytical skills and experience navigating complex, data-rich environments. You are proactive, persuasive, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in global organizations.

  • Experience in partner management, account management, or strategic sales roles
  • Strong background in data-driven storytelling and commercial analysis
  • Familiarity with the travel, cruise, airline, hospitality, or broader mobility ecosystem is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute account growth strategies
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional coordination
  • Comfortable using AI tools or automation to improve workflows and decision-making
  • Strong business acumen with a growth-oriented, hunter mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
