  • Develop accurate labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and travel estimates for installation projects.
  • Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor proposals to ensure complete project scope and identify exclusions or potential gaps.
  • Provide accurate installation costs, assumptions, and recommendations to support the sales process.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, unloading activities, staging areas, and material handling throughout the project.
  • Perform field layout of equipment, verify dimensions, clearances, elevations, duct routing, and utility locations prior to installation.
  • Develop project schedules and coordinate installation crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Provide field leadership by communicating project expectations, drawings, schedules, and safety requirements to installation teams.
  • Monitor project progress, installation quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout each phase of the project.
  • Identify and resolve field issues, installation conflicts, and unforeseen site conditions to minimize project delays.
  • Measure, layout, and fabricate sheet metal transitions, offsets, adapters, and other custom components as required to complete installations.
  • Review and interpret equipment drawings, mechanical plans, construction documents, and installation specifications.
  • Document project changes, manage change orders, and prevent unauthorized work outside the project scope.
  • Complete project closeout activities, including punch list management and final customer walkthroughs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation records, subcontractor agreements, schedules, and project files.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve installation efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
