Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented interns to join our team across various departments, including HR, Recruitment, Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Interns will gain real-world experience by working on live projects under the guidance of experienced professionals while building the skills required for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team with day-to-day operational activities.
• Support departmental projects and business initiatives.
• Learn and apply industry best practices.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update records.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Complete assigned tasks within the specified timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree completed
• Master's Degree (MBA/MCA/MHRM/MSW/M.Com/M.Tech, etc.) (completed)
• Minimum academic score of 6.0 CGPA (or equivalent 60%).
• IQ Assessment Score above 50.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a professional environment.
• Positive attitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Bachelor's Students Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• Master's Students Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
