This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Service Representative Remote Benefits Consultant based in United States.

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to support working individuals and families while building meaningful client relationships.
You will provide guidance on benefits and coverage options, answer questions, and help clients navigate applications and enrollment.
The position combines customer service, relationship management, and ongoing professional development in a flexible virtual environment.
No prior insurance experience is required, with structured training, coaching, and mentorship provided from the start.
You will work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team focused on client satisfaction and professional growth.

Accountabilities
  • Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide responsive service.
  • Answer questions about available benefits, coverage options, products, services, and policy information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Guide clients through applications, enrollment processes, policy updates, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up communications.
  • Build lasting client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
  • Help individuals and families make informed decisions regarding benefits and coverage that support their needs.
  • Participate in virtual training, coaching, mentorship programs, and leadership development workshops.
  • Develop knowledge of industry products, systems, customer-service practices, and applicable processes.
  • Collaborate with a remote team while independently managing daily responsibilities and schedules.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be physically located within the United States.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Self-motivation, accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using Zoom and other virtual communication tools.
  • Access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet professional workspace.
  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, healthcare, retail, hospitality, education, sales, administrative support, or call center operations is beneficial but not required.
  • Leadership experience is welcome but not required; comprehensive training and mentorship are available.
