This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Operations Specialist based in India.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity within a global HR environment supporting employees across multiple regions.
You will manage key HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, compliance documentation, and HRIS administration.
The role combines operational ownership with problem-solving, requiring sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
You will collaborate with global HR stakeholders and support employee populations across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
The position offers exposure to enterprise-level HR systems and complex, cross-regional HR processes.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and a service-oriented mindset.

- Manage global field employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee change procedures, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain HR documents, records, and files in accordance with internal policies and HR compliance requirements.
- Support HRIS administration and client-specific provisioning activities across enterprise-level HR systems.
- Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues, including complex or unexpected employee situations.
- Apply sound judgment and creative problem-solving to address issues with limited information or direction.
- Provide professional, responsive, and service-oriented support to employees and internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, workflows, and overall service quality.
- Manage multiple priorities and requests from different sources while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Contribute to a professional, collaborative, and inclusive working environment.
- Support additional HR operations activities and projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, combined with 5–8 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience working with large, enterprise-level HRIS platforms.
- Practical understanding of HR operations, employment practices, and applicable government compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of HR practices and requirements across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate situations and select appropriate solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with a diverse employee population.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, requests, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Resourceful and comfortable working independently with limited information or day-to-day supervision.
- Demonstrated judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive HR matters.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable using computers and performing standard office-related tasks, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing and regular keyboard or mouse use.
