Marketing Supervisor

Ben Wheeler, Texas | On-site | Full Time

Door Controls USA is looking for a hands-on Marketing Supervisor who can lead the daily work of our marketing team while staying actively involved in creating, executing, and improving our marketing efforts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, producing high-quality creative work, and using data to understand what is working.

• Lead, prioritize, and review the daily work of the Marketing Coordinator and assigned team members
• Develop team capability through hiring, coaching, feedback, training, and meaningful growth opportunities and handling the discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Create digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, presentations, trade show materials, and sales collateral
• Manage website content, landing pages, SEO, user experience, and conversion opportunities
• Plan, execute, analyze, and improve digital marketing campaigns
• Use GA4, Google Search Console, CRM data, and other tools to measure performance
• Maintain consistent brand standards across every customer touchpoint
• Manage campaign calendars, creative workflows, vendors, and project priorities
• Partner with Sales and other departments to support growth, product launches, and strategic initiatives

• 7 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects or supervising others
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with websites, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, GA4, Google Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong writing, organization, communication, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Manufacturing or B2B experience is preferred
• Photography or videography experience is a plus
