Store Manager $50,000 + - Full Time in Charles City, Iowa at Blu Water Brew LLC

A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Store Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and overseeing a variety of store operations duties. This position will serve as a role model for all Store Supervisor and Barista responsibilities. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with prior management experience. You will also be working with the Store Supervisor and Shift Leaders to ensure that baristas are properly trained, the store is fully staffed at appropriate times, and inventory, deposits, and orders are on track!

BONUS POTENTIAL Up to $750 monthly

Bonuses are earned by reaching pre-determined qualifiers and lane time speed & sales goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Weekly Inventory and orders

• Weekly schedules completed on time

• Maintain labor budget & efficient staffing for positive growth

• Maintain weekly HR updates and payroll punch accuracy

• Oversee daily drawer reconciliation, deposit and change orders, maintain accurate deposit log

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned

• Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance with established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries)

• Clean, sanitize and maintain the store

• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed

• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed

• HIgh priority on Customer service and sales through knowledge of menu and promotions

• On time completion of all franchise and corporate trainings and modules

• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries

• Consistent and timely communicate with Baristas, Store Supervisor and Regional Manager

• Additional duties as assigned You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter’s Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own terms of employment, including wage, training, and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.

Workdays are Monday-Sunday and Holidays. Weekends are required. We are closed Christmas Day.
