• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing installations and service work safely and efficiently.
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers.
• Complete accurate job notes and service documentation.
• Work independently while collaborating with dispatch and other team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional appearance.
• Participate in an 24/7 on-call rotation of one week every five weeks.
• Show up on time, ready to work, and consistently deliver quality service.

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience required.
• Commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
