Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- undertaking administrative tasks
- verifying and understanding insurance and fee schedules/coverage books
- processing claims/collections
- scheduling appts
- processing patient services after treatment with accuracy
- communicating with patients regarding individual treatment and financial arrangements
- working/resolving outstanding claims and patient accounts
Required qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent verbal and written communication
- professional attitude, delivery, and manner
- competency in prioritizing tasks and following through to completion
- computer literate
- ability to support the team to work efficiently
- ability to multitask daily
- committed learner
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in dental office setting is preferred
- Eaglesoft experience highly preferred.
HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00-5:00, Wednesday 8:00-3:00
