Door Greeter
Job Overview:
• We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and positive experience.
• Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they enter the store or establishment
• Assist customers with locating products or services
• Provide information about promotions or special offers
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
• Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Utilize point-of-sales (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent time management skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to assist shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, taking initiative to complete tasks.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
