Accountabilities

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies, improving planning processes, and ensuring alignment between demand, production, and inventory requirements.

  • Develop and execute supply chain planning strategies that support business growth, operational efficiency, and market needs.
  • Analyze and optimize finished goods inventory, raw material requirements, production planning, and demand forecasting processes.
  • Conduct scheduling analysis to ensure manufacturing plans align with demand forecasts and operational priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on supply chain optimization, continuous improvement, and process automation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify excess or obsolete inventory risks, and implement strategies to improve inventory health.
  • Analyze supply chain data and reporting to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve stock availability challenges by reviewing safety stock levels, demand trends, and replenishment strategies.
  • Support the development of long-term and short-term forecasting models to improve scalability and business performance.
  • Partner with internal teams and senior stakeholders to align supply chain initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Manage and develop direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive supply chain experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, demand planning, or related disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex supply chain processes involving multiple products, production locations, and operational priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze challenges and implement practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand broader business impacts beyond operational metrics and data.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience leading teams or developing direct reports is preferred.
  • Ability to meet industry-specific compliance requirements and successfully complete required background checks.
Benefits
