You will lead high-profile initiatives across campaigns, digital experiences, product storytelling, events, and integrated marketing.

Accountabilities:

The Design Director, Brand will own the creative vision and execution of brand initiatives, ensuring a consistent, distinctive, and scalable visual identity across all touchpoints. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, creative direction, and hands-on design expertise while partnering with teams across marketing, product, communications, and external creative partners.

  • Define and evolve the brand’s creative direction across campaigns, product storytelling, digital channels, events, social platforms, and other high-visibility experiences.
  • Lead the conceptual development of major brand initiatives, transforming complex business and technology concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Set a high standard for creative quality, originality, and craft while remaining actively involved in the design process when needed.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand design team by creating strong processes, encouraging collaboration, and supporting career growth.
  • Partner with marketing, product, web, communications, and other creative disciplines to align stakeholders and deliver impactful work.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and visual frameworks that ensure consistency while enabling creative flexibility.
  • Collaborate with agencies, production partners, and external creative resources to deliver ambitious brand projects.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate product experiences into broader brand storytelling and strengthen market positioning.
  • Build strong knowledge of the product, customers, and industry landscape to ensure creative work reflects meaningful business value.
  • Establish efficient workflows and creative operations that support growth while maintaining quality and innovation.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced creative leader with a strong background in brand design, team management, and storytelling for complex products or industries. They should combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and thrive in fast-moving environments where collaboration and innovation are essential.

  • 10+ years of experience in brand and creative design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise across campaigns, brand systems, and high-quality creative execution.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams, including developing talent and building strong creative cultures.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to transform complex technical or business ideas into engaging visual stories.
  • Hands-on design expertise with the ability to contribute directly to creative execution when required.
  • Experience building and scaling design systems, processes, and frameworks for growing brands.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams around creative strategies.
  • Experience creating compelling storytelling for enterprise, B2B, technology, or similarly complex audiences.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with strategic priorities, business goals, and measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in environments with evolving priorities, ambiguity, and rapid growth.
  • Strong understanding of modern design tools, creative workflows, and emerging technologies.
