Job Description
At Daniels Health, we're looking for a Lead Plant Operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on operational work. This is not a desk-based supervisory role. As a working team lead, you'll spend your day actively supporting plant operations while helping guide, train, and motivate the team to achieve production, safety, and quality goals.

If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can confidently step into both leadership and operational responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Lead Plant Operator, you'll be a key contributor to the day-to-day success of our plant operations, combining frontline leadership with hands-on execution.
