As a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers to install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related equipment. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and the chance to make a real impact on customer operations.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and service work on conveyor and material handling systems.
- Support preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
- Install, fabricate, splice, vulcanize, and repair conveyor belts and related components.
- Travel to customer facilities to provide service support, maintenance assistance, and technical expertise.
- Work closely with customers, maintenance teams, and internal departments to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and documentation.
- Promote safe work practices and identify opportunities for equipment or process improvements.
- Represent Belt Power with professionalism and exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience in maintenance, mechanical service, field service, or industrial environments preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment.
- Experience with mechanical systems, welding, and/or electrical systems.
- A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
This full-time position includes work in customer facilities and fabrication shop environments. The role may involve overtime, overnight travel, weekend work, working at heights, confined spaces, and operating around industrial equipment. Safety is always a top priority.
