About the Role:

The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen the company's brand presence, support business development, and enhance employee engagement. This role focuses on the day-to-day execution of digital marketing, internal communications, website management, social media, and content publishing.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Innovation, Talent , and business leaders, the specialist coordinates the creation, organization, and publication of marketing and communication assets across multiple channels, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Management
  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Manage day-to-day execution of the company's social media channels, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content.

  • Coordinate the publication of marketing materials, customer success stories, case studies, thought leadership articles, videos, and other digital assets.

  • Organize and maintain the marketing content repository to ensure materials are easily accessible and up to date.

  • Support Sales by publishing and maintaining sales enablement materials.

Internal Communications
  • Coordinate and execute the internal communications calendar.

  • Develop and distribute company-wide communications, announcements, newsletters, leadership updates, and organizational messages.

  • Partner with leaders across the business to gather content and ensure timely communication of key initiatives.

  • Support internal campaigns that promote company initiatives, events, and employee engagement.

  • Partner with the Talent team to coordinate and support quarterly All Hands meetings.

Employer Branding
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to execute employer branding initiatives.

  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, careers pages, and other communication channels.

  • Publish employee stories, culture content, and employer brand materials.

  • Assist in promoting company participation in industry events, awards, and community initiatives.

Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Innovation, HR, and other stakeholders to collect, review, and publish marketing and communication content.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors as needed.

  • Ensure all published materials follow corporate branding and communication guidelines.

Marketing Operations
  • Maintain marketing calendars and publishing schedules.

  • Monitor website and social media performance metrics and prepare basic reports.

  • Support event communications and digital promotion for webinars, conferences, and internal events.

  • Assist with administrative coordination of marketing projects and campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or content management.

  • Experience maintaining websites and managing social media platforms.

  • Experience coordinating internal communications in a corporate environment is preferred.

  • AI productivity tools for content creation and editing (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI)
