As a Senior Customer Success Manager focused on partnerships, you will own the success, retention, and expansion of strategic partner accounts while ensuring operational excellence across the partner ecosystem. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, driving engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for executive and technical stakeholders.
- Lead business reviews, account planning, and success planning sessions to align partner objectives with platform capabilities and long-term growth opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of partner environments, operational needs, and how automation solutions support their business and customer outcomes.
- Support reseller operations by coordinating deal registration, pricing assistance, issue escalation, enablement activities, and day-to-day partner needs.
- Partner with internal teams including Sales, Product, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to ensure partner priorities are understood and addressed.
- Drive retention and expansion strategies by monitoring adoption trends, identifying risks, and proactively developing solutions before renewal challenges arise.
- Use CRM and customer success platforms to maintain accurate account information, health tracking, stakeholder mapping, and renewal visibility.
- Gather structured partner feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and business improvements.
- Identify opportunities for increased adoption, expansion, and improved customer outcomes through data analysis and relationship insights.
- Maintain strong operational discipline through documentation, reporting, and consistent execution of customer success processes.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven and analytical customer success leader with experience managing complex partnerships, technical products, and enterprise stakeholders. You should be comfortable balancing strategic ownership with hands-on operational execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven experience in customer success, partner management, account management, or strategic relationship roles.
- Experience managing complex B2B technology relationships involving multiple stakeholders, partners, or shared-service environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technical leaders.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, expansion opportunities, and success planning.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers and partners.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, assess account health, and proactively manage risks.
- Experience using CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of complex challenges.
- Familiarity with the credit union ecosystem, financial services technology, automation platforms, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
