As a trusted partner to our Chief Operating Officer, this role will manage the COO’s schedule, communications, meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day priorities—helping create the space needed to focus on the bigger picture.
Beyond executive support, this person will help bring important projects to life across our Operations team. From coordinating cross-functional initiatives and improving processes to keeping teams aligned and deadlines on track, this role is perfect for someone who loves turning moving pieces into meaningful progress.

Key Job Duties for This Role Include:
- Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives owning cross-functional execution from planning through execution.
- Own and manage key operational projects, including coordination with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support facility and project planning efforts, including vendor coordination, timelines, and execution tracking.
- Act as a central point of communication and alignment across operations, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and design, implement, and improve processes to increase productivity and scalability.
- Support the development of executive reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of information.
- Assist with contract coordination and cross-functional initiatives involving legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritization for leadership, aligning time with business priorities.
- Coordinate travel logistics and operational support for leadership.
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the COO, including management of professional and personal priorities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks that support overall team efficiency and execution.
- Provide customer service support as needed.
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle high level matters.
Required:
- Willingness to support the COO with tasks of every size, from preparing materials for Board meetings to coordinating personal appointments, with professionalism, discretion, and a no-task-too-small mindset.
- 2–3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
- Operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Requires ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Occasional travel or local errands between Rogers, Fayetteville and Bentonville may be required.

Preferred:
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
- Experience working in a cross-functional or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with operational processes, vendor coordination, or contract management.
