Full-Time Laundry Attendant in Loveland, Colorado at Renascent Loveland LLC

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens, towels, and hotel laundry items to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction. This position operates laundry equipment, maintains inventory levels, follows safety and cleanliness standards, and assists with housekeeping-related duties as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items.
• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and remove items from circulation when necessary.
• Maintain appropriate par levels of linens and towels for guest rooms and public areas.
• Follow proper chemical handling procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep laundry room, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist housekeeping staff with stocking linen closets and delivering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to Marriott brand standards and all hotel policies and procedures.
• Support the housekeeping team during high occupancy periods and special projects.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and fellow associates.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Previous hotel, laundry, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience.
• Experience operating commercial laundry equipment.

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a warm environment around laundry equipment.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and laundry detergents.
• Indoor work environment with moderate to high noise levels from equipment.
• May be required to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business demands.
