Education Instructor-RN
JOB SUMMARY
Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the educational programs for appropriate cluster, including but not limited to: community education, orientation, and inservice for licensed staff. Assists in developing programs to meet The Joint Commission standard requirements for education.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Minimum Work Experience
- 2 years in specialty area
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Registered Nurse
- ACLS
- CPR-BLS
- NIHSS Certification
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Maintains professional appearance at all times
- Ability to handle confidential information
