This is a strategic, client-facing analytics leadership role focused on turning complex data into clear insights and measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted analytics advisor, connecting marketing measurement, advanced analytics, media strategy, and data storytelling. The role combines client influence with hands-on analytical leadership and the opportunity to shape strategy across diverse industries and engagements. You will help establish scalable analytics practices, strengthen measurement excellence, and translate sophisticated analysis into compelling recommendations. As a people leader, you will coach analysts while raising the quality of both technical and client-facing work. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, Client Services, Operations, Product, and other teams to solve complex business challenges. This is a fully remote U.S. opportunity offering significant influence in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.
- Lead with storytelling by translating complex analytics, media performance, and measurement findings into clear, persuasive narratives that connect directly to client priorities and motivate action.
- Shape client strategy by developing analytics approaches aligned with acquisition, retention, customer lifetime value, media performance, and optimization objectives, while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Drive measurement excellence by applying and advocating for rigorous methodologies, including test- and holdout-based incrementality measurement, and clearly communicating the strengths, limitations, and business implications of different approaches.
- Scale analytics best practices by identifying insights across clients, campaigns, and industry categories and turning them into repeatable frameworks, recommendations, and delivery standards.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts through coaching, onboarding, workload prioritization, performance management, feedback, recognition, and career development, while mentoring mid-level talent in technical and client-facing capabilities.
- Lead strategic analytics initiatives as a subject matter expert, helping define solutions, align stakeholders, and move high-impact work from concept through implementation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Client Development, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to solve client challenges, improve processes, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions with limited senior leadership intervention.
- Support the development and adoption of predictive and adaptive AI/ML solutions, translating model outputs into practical business recommendations and measurable client value.
- Bring 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, marketing measurement, data science, media analytics, or a related discipline, with clear progression in responsibility and client impact.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to transform complex analytical findings into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for both client and business audiences.
- Have substantial client-facing experience with excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the executive presence to command an audience and model effective client communication.
- Bring at least 3 years of analytics leadership experience, ideally including direct people management and team development.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in one or more analytics, measurement, media, or industry domains, with the ability to share knowledge and elevate the capabilities of others.
- Have working familiarity with Python, SQL, Tableau, or comparable analytical and visualization tools, along with experience using predictive analytics and/or ML/AI models.
- Be comfortable operating independently, making sound decisions for clients and the business, exchanging feedback effectively, and constructively challenging established approaches.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience within Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, or Travel is a plus.
- Annual compensation of $170,000–$190,000, depending on location and experience.
- Flexible PTO to support work-life balance.
- Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Employee equity and stock purchase plan opportunities.
- Employee discounts and access to virtual wellness classes.
- Pet insurance.
- Fully remote role based in the United States.
- Opportunity to lead high-impact analytics initiatives and influence client strategy through data-driven insights.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, marketing measurement, predictive analytics, and AI/ML solutions.
- Leadership and mentoring opportunities within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
