A Baker is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of producing baked goods. This role includes crafting and preparing high-quality baked goods and maintaining inventory records to meet Lassens Natural Foods standards. The Baker will ensure that all bakery products consistently meet quality expectations and provide exceptional customer service while creating an inviting, well-stocked bakery environment. This position requires a strong understanding of general baking principles and adherence to safety and health regulations. The Baker must also foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and high morale. A Baker may be expected to obtain extensive knowledge of Natural Foods and some basic knowledge of Nutritional Supplements including vitamins, herbs, amino acids, sports nutrition, food supplements, and health and beauty aids.
