About the Job

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that supports our marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, internal communications, and other multimedia projects. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with creativity, organization, and a passion for storytelling.

This is an on-site position based in Belo Horizonte (MG), requiring close collaboration with business teams and leadership. Office presence is essential for strong performance and team integration.

Plan, produce, film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content from concept to final delivery.

Create engaging videos for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.

Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and develop motion graphics and animations with Adobe After Effects.

Capture professional-quality footage, ensuring proper lighting, framing, composition, and audio.

Adapt content to multiple formats and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.

Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final video optimization.

Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production.

2–4 years of experience as a Video Maker, Video Editor, or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.

Hands-on experience with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras.

Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, composition, and audio recording.

Experience producing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Ability to create and optimize videos for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5).

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video production projects.

Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading.

Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D animation software.

Experience producing corporate videos, advertising campaigns, or digital marketing content.

Photography skills.

Experience with scriptwriting and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with live streaming and event production.

Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.
