This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver technology solutions that enable organizations to scale innovative healthcare and digital platforms. You will act as a technical bridge between engineering, product, and customer teams, transforming complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. Working across software development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data workflows, you will help partners successfully integrate and deploy advanced technology. Accountabilities

The Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will design, develop, and implement custom technology solutions while supporting successful integrations and deployments for strategic partners. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Design and develop customized solutions and integrations that address partner and customer requirements.
  • Build and implement solutions across web applications, APIs, data workflows, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and improve scalability.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate requirements into effective system designs.
  • Work with external vendors and technology partners to support successful implementations.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges, production issues, and technical blockers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software deployments and system integrations.
  • Support post-implementation reviews, performance improvements, and continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve solution delivery processes and increase implementation efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor by communicating solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable technical professional with experience in software engineering, cloud technologies, integrations, and customer-facing solution delivery. You should be comfortable navigating complex technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and creating solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, SaaS, or similar technology-driven environments is preferred.
  • Strong experience with software development, web applications, APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and IT infrastructure.
  • Broad technical skill set across areas such as frontend development, backend services, databases, distributed systems, automation, and integrations.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable technical solutions for complex business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
