What You’ll Do

1. Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant (hot-side) equipment, including RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, and split systems.
2. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
3. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
4. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
5. Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and industry regulations.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service while completing accurate service reports and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
2. EPA Certification
3. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
5. Experience with plumbing or construction is a plus
6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
