Location: Philadelphia, PA (West, Southwest, North, & Northwest areas)
Compensation: Fee-for-Service, $35–$39 per hour (based on licensure, experience, and availability)

At Dunbar Wellness Group, therapy is more than a session — it’s a partnership for healing. As a Mobile Therapist (MT) in our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program, you’ll provide direct therapy to children, adolescents, and families in their homes, schools, and communities.

• Provide individual, child, and family therapy in home, school, community, or telehealth settings.

• Conduct clinical assessments to address emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs.

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate care with the Behavioral Consultant and treatment team.

• Document weekly progress notes in compliance with IBHS and agency standards.

• Participate in team supervision and professional consultations.
  (Typical caseload: 5–15 active clients, adjusted to your availability.)

• Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible under PA regulations.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to children, youth, and families in community-based or outpatient settings.

• Proficiency with evidence-based treatment models and the ability to adapt interventions to client needs.

• Experience with ADHD, autism spectrum, or behavioral/developmental disorders.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of IBHS regulations and family-centered treatment frameworks.

• Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills.

• Fee-for-Service compensation ($35–$39/hour), paid biweekly for completed sessions and documentation.
