We're looking for team members who are passionate about food, beverage, and creating memorable moments for every guest.

As a Server at Maleza, you'll be an ambassador of our hospitality and our Mexico City-inspired dining experience. You'll guide guests through our food and beverage offerings with confidence, anticipate their needs, and create an atmosphere that is warm, engaging, and genuinely welcoming.

• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service from start to finish.
• Guide guests through our menu, cocktail program, mezcal selection, and daily features.
• Collaborate with bartenders, runners, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting section.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Maleza brand.

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant preferred.
• Passion for hospitality, food, cocktails, wine, and agave spirits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
