- Support Marketing Managers in the execution of marketing and communications plans across assigned business divisions.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal MarComms teams to track progress, share updates, and report on campaign results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of ROI reports and campaign performance analysis.
- Assist in copywriting, editing, and preparation of marketing materials.
- Provide creative input and support in briefing designers and external agencies.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all involved teams and partners.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and confidently across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity, initiative, and ability to contribute ideas to improve campaigns and processes.
- Experience working with suppliers, agencies, or internal stakeholders is an advantage.
- Familiarity with IT distribution, marketing agencies, or similar environments is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
