You will be responsible for managing detailed administrative and compliance workflows related to provider licensing, insurance enrollment, and regulatory documentation. The position requires strong organizational discipline and the ability to handle sensitive medical information with discretion and accuracy. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with healthcare staff and external institutions, ensuring all credentialing steps are completed efficiently and without error. You will also play a key part in maintaining up-to-date records and proactively resolving bottlenecks in credentialing timelines. - Own end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing workflows, ensuring all applications and submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within required timelines.
- Maintain and update provider records across licensing boards, insurance payers, hospitals, and regulatory entities with strict attention to version control and data accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and submit credentialing applications and supporting documentation with a high level of precision and minimal error tolerance.
- Proactively follow up with insurance companies, medical institutions, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth progress of credentialing processes.
- Communicate professionally with doctors, administrative staff, and external partners to collect, verify, and clarify sensitive provider information.
- Track credentialing progress using internal systems and dashboards, identifying risks early and escalating issues when needed.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, scheduling coordination, document organization, and file management.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance when handling patient and provider information at all times.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience working with online portals, databases, and structured document workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent, process-oriented approach to administrative work.
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with healthcare providers, clinic staff, and external institutions.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage priorities without close supervision.
- Full availability during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST) is required.
- High reliability, consistency, and commitment to long-term engagement due to extensive onboarding and training.
- Prior experience in healthcare administration or credentialing is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems, EMR platforms, or payer processes is a plus.
- Higher education in healthcare administration or a related field is beneficial.
