Accountabilities:
  • Lead and support NetSuite implementation projects for clients across various industries, ensuring successful deployment and business optimization.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to configure and implement NetSuite modules including finance, CRM, inventory management, procurement, and order management.
  • Conduct business discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process analysis, and client workshops to understand operational needs.
  • Translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions and recommend process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
  • Perform data migration activities, including converting master and transactional data from legacy systems into NetSuite.
  • Deliver client training, user support, and implementation guidance to ensure successful adoption and long-term system efficiency.
  • Utilize established implementation methodologies, tools, and documentation standards to ensure project consistency and quality delivery.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve business and technical challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience in accounting, finance, or inventory management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation or end-user experience.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate operational requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with implementation methodologies and project management practices.
  • Certifications in NetSuite or related platforms such as Celigo or Avalara are highly valued.
  • Experience working within distribution or manufacturing environments, with knowledge of operational workflows and business applications.
