This senior-level role sits at the center of strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions, combining deal execution, relationship leadership, and financial analysis. You will oversee the full M&A lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions that align with long-term business objectives. The position requires close collaboration with internal leadership teams as well as external partners, including business owners, advisors, and intermediaries. You will play a key role in building and maintaining trusted relationships that drive deal flow and strengthen the organization’s acquisition pipeline. With a strong emphasis on financial modeling and valuation, your work will directly influence investment decisions and enterprise growth strategy. This is a highly visible role suited for a commercially driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, relationship-oriented deal environments.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead end-to-end M&A initiatives while driving deal origination, execution, and strategic partnership development to support long-term organizational growth.

  • Lead the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, from sourcing opportunities through execution and post-deal coordination
  • Develop and manage relationships with business owners, executives, intermediaries, and strategic partners to generate and advance deal flow
  • Evaluate market opportunities and contribute to the development of M&A strategy and acquisition priorities
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential acquisition targets
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for executive leadership
  • Support negotiation of deal terms and assist in structuring transactions aligned with strategic and financial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment throughout the transaction process
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and sector dynamics to support informed decision-making
Requirements:

This role requires a strong background in M&A, investment analysis, and financial modeling, along with excellent relationship management and communication skills in high-stakes deal environments.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, return analysis, and deal structuring
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners
  • Experience leading or contributing to end-to-end transaction processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams
