ATA Services is currently seeking to hire an experienced Website Content Coordinator to work on a long-term temporary assignment in Albuquerque, NM.
• Pay Rate: $34.51 per hour with weekly pay
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm
• Location: In-Office in Albuquerque
Website Content Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Website Content Coordinator to maintain website while ensuring compliance with EAR rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with data management, and an understanding of website design and layout.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the current website
- Coordinate website content, layout, and organization
- Perform data entry and database management tasks
- Ensure website content complies with EAR rules and regulations
- Work with website design tools including WordPress and Real File
- Collaborate with team members to improve website functionality and user experience
- Manage tasks and workflows using Monday.com
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word
- Experience with WordPress and Real File web design tools
- Knowledge of EAR rules and regulations
- Experience with data entry and database management
- Familiarity with website design concepts and page layout
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Monday.com
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
