We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Packaging Specialist to join our team at Allegiance Flag Supply through July 15, 2026. As part of our Fulfillment team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality American-made flags accurately and on time during one of our busiest seasons. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
No weekends!
Temporary position through July 15, 2026.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Able to stand, lift, and carry packages throughout the shift.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Positive team player willing to support coworkers and operational needs.
• Adaptable and able to shift priorities as needed.
• Problem-solver who can identify and communicate issues effectively.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify item quantities, order accuracy, and packaging details.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order issues or discrepancies.
• Help meet daily fulfillment goals while maintaining high accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the fulfillment process.

• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, packaging, or inventory work preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping processes and procedures is a plus.
• Interest in American-made products and craftsmanship is appreciated.
