Description
Job Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting custom cabinetry, millwork, and solid surface products to commercial job sites safely and efficiently. This position includes the loading and unloading of trucks, securing of loads, and basic installation support as needed. The driver will represent the company professionally and must adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver millwork, cabinetry, and solid surface components to job sites.
  • Load and unload trucks with finished products, ensuring items are properly secured for transport.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery confirmations and damage reports.
  • Assist with on-site delivery and staging of materials.
  • Support field teams with basic installation tasks when necessary, including installation of millwork or solid surface items.
  • Communicate effectively with logistics team and job site contacts regarding delivery schedules and adjustments.
  • Follow all company safety policies and state/federal transportation laws.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Experience operating box trucks or flatbed vehicles preferred.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
  • Familiarity with load securement and basic material handling procedures.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Basic understanding of cabinetry or millwork installation is a plus.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience delivering custom cabinetry or millwork to commercial construction sites.
  • Hands-on installation support in millwork or solid surface projects.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work is performed in vehicles, warehouses, and job sites. Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions, handle physical labor, and safely operate delivery and material handling equipment. PPE must be worn as required.
