This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring patient access to branded pharmaceutical products in the US by managing and executing market access marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support payer interactions, develop access-related materials, and provide data-driven insights to optimize access performance. The position requires strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, with an emphasis on compliance and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to impact patient care and market access strategy while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You will contribute to shaping access processes, supporting launches, and ensuring the seamless delivery of resources to internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute day-to-day market access operational activities to support brand and portfolio objectives.
- Manage the creation, review, and approval of market access marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Support launch and in-line product access needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of access resources.
- Provide operational support for payer-facing initiatives, including account planning, information requests, and coverage-related processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to monitor material usage, payer coverage trends, and overall access performance.
- Identify barriers to patient access and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on market access operations, tools, and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, public health, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in US market access, payer operations, or pharmaceutical commercial operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional deliverables, material review, and approval processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Competitive base salary range: $135,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
