This senior leadership role focuses on driving enterprise growth across high-value data center and hyperscale accounts within a fast-evolving technology infrastructure environment. The position is responsible for expanding strategic relationships with cloud providers, colocation operators, and key ecosystem partners while shaping national sales execution. It plays a critical role in identifying and securing complex infrastructure opportunities, including data center fit-outs and fiber network services. The role requires strong engagement with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. It operates in a highly technical, fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and commercial acumen are essential. Success in this role directly impacts revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term customer partnerships.
- Drive enterprise sales growth across assigned strategic accounts and new opportunities within the data center and hyperscale ecosystem, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives.
- Lead business development initiatives by building and maintaining senior-level client relationships and executing structured engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement account planning frameworks, sales forecasting models, and performance tracking to ensure consistent pipeline visibility and revenue delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, engineering, estimating, and operations teams to design and deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across data center infrastructure, including fiber construction, cabling, fit-outs, and related services.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and industry cycles to prioritize high-value opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- 5–10+ years of experience in data center, hyperscale, cloud, CDN, colocation, or ISP/OSP infrastructure environments.
- Strong technical understanding of data center ecosystems, including fiber networks, cabling design, construction, and tenant fit-out projects.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, business development, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Ability to engage confidently with executive-level clients and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Experience collaborating with technical and operational teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong business, financial, and strategic acumen with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% as required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with relevant technical certifications considered a plus.
