Tennis and Pickleball Instructor

Join our vibrant community as a Tennis and Pickleball Instructor at the LACC Homeowners Association. We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead engaging lessons and promote active lifestyles among our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a friendly, health-conscious environment while sharing your expertise in tennis and pickleball.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct group and individual tennis and pickleball lessons for residents of all skill levels

- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to different age groups and abilities

- Maintain the safety and proper use of all sports facilities and equipment

- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive engagement among participants

- Schedule and coordinate classes, clinics, and special events related to tennis and pickleball

- Provide guidance on technique, rules, and strategies to improve player performance

- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of courts and related facilities

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a tennis and/or pickleball instructor or coach

- Certification from a recognized tennis or pickleball organization (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of tennis and pickleball rules, techniques, and safety protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and engage participants of diverse ages and skill levels

- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
