Front Desk Receptionist in Charleston, South Carolina at Poulin Willey Anastopoulo

We’re looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Charleston office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a positive first impression, and helping keep the front office running smoothly.

This role is less about heavy administrative work and more about being a reliable, personable presence at the front desk — greeting visitors, answering phones, and helping with basic office support as needed. Additional responsibilities may grow over time based on office needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Assist with basic office tasks and support as needed
• Help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door
