This is a customer-facing, sales-driven position ideal for someone who understands residential electrical systems, can confidently present options and pricing, and knows how to manage projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The right candidate will be comfortable working in customers' homes, building trust, identifying electrical needs, preparing estimates, closing sales, and coordinating with electricians, installers, dispatch, and leadership to ensure sold projects are completed correctly and efficiently.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn an estimated $90,000–$150,000+ annually based on performance.
  • Weekly Pay: Get paid every Monday!
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for you and your family.
  • Company-Matched 401(k): Invest in your future with employer contributions.
  • Paid Holidays + PTO: Enjoy paid company holidays in addition to accrued Paid Time Off.
  • No On-Call Schedule: Maintain work–life balance with zero on-call requirements.
  • Dispatch From Home: Start your day in a company-provided, fully stocked vehicle.
  • Career Growth & Training: Access ongoing professional development from some of the best trainers in the industry.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate their electrical needs, concerns, and goals.
  • Perform in-home consultations and recommend appropriate electrical solutions.
  • Educate customers on available options without using high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Prepare and present clear estimates, proposals, financing options, and project scopes.
  • Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
  • Maintain strong closing rates and average ticket performance.
  • Identify opportunities for additional electrical upgrades or improvements when appropriate.
  • Clearly communicate project expectations, timelines, warranties, and next steps.
  • Manage sold residential electrical projects from sale through completion.
  • Ensure project scopes are accurate and clearly communicated to installation/service teams.
  • Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, permits, and labor requirements.
  • Work closely with electricians, installers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and management.
  • Conduct job-site visits when necessary to ensure projects are progressing according to scope.
  • Address customer concerns, scope changes, or project challenges promptly.
  • Help minimize callbacks, delays, and miscommunication.
  • Ensure completed projects meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate project notes, documentation, photos, and customer communication.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential electrical sales, project management, electrical service, or a similar home-services position strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and terminology.
  • Previous in-home sales or outside sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to confidently explain technical information to homeowners in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong estimating, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent organization and project-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
