This is a fully remote, entry-level opportunity focused on customer service, benefits education, and client support.
You’ll connect with individuals and families through scheduled phone and virtual appointments.
The role involves explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options in a clear and approachable way.
You’ll guide clients through applications and enrollment while building trusted relationships and providing ongoing support.
No prior insurance experience is required, with structured training, licensing guidance, coaching, and mentorship provided.

- Conduct scheduled client appointments by phone and Zoom, providing professional and responsive customer support.
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits and answer questions about coverage options.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate information and benefit recommendations to support informed decisions.
- Guide clients through applications and enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional follow-up, policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and ongoing service.
- Schedule appointments, manage follow-up communications, and maintain accurate digital client records and documentation.
- Participate in virtual onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Develop expertise in benefits, customer service, communication, presentation, and consultative sales.
- Work independently from a home environment while collaborating virtually with teammates, mentors, and leadership.
- Pursue professional growth and, based on performance and development, contribute to mentoring, team development, or leadership activities.
- Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States while physically located within the country.
- Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License; licensing guidance and support are provided.
- Have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone.
- Maintain a quiet, professional workspace suitable for virtual client appointments.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Show professionalism, integrity, dependability, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time and responsibilities independently in a remote environment.
- Be comfortable using computers, Zoom, phone systems, and other virtual communication tools.
- Demonstrate coachability, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for professional development.
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, call centers, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, financial services, or sales can be helpful but is not required.
- 100% work-from-home position with flexible scheduling and virtual appointments.
