Job Description
We're seeking an experienced PMP-certified Project Manager with expertise in Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and Benefits Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading enterprise software implementations within ADP, UKG, and Workforce Now (WFN) environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end enterprise software and benefits implementation projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners.
Oversee API integrations between HR, payroll, benefits, and third-party systems.
Ensure successful project delivery through testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Required Qualifications:
PMP Certification (Required).
Strong experience managing enterprise implementation projects.
Expertise in Life Insurance, STD, LTD, and Benefits Administration.
Hands-on experience with ADP, UKG, and Workforce Now (WFN).
Experience with API integrations and HR/Payroll systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
10+ years in ADP Health & Welfare or similar benefits environment.
Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience with data migration, system configuration, and production deployments.
