Job Description
Summary:
Provide excellent customer service, adhere to Receiving policy and procedure; and Statement of Business Ethics
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Work in a Safe and courteous manner
- Organize and deliver daily receiving documents and product to appropriate department
- Locate daily receiving documents by vendor name, and or purchase order number
- Inspect items being received off the purchase order for quality and freshness
- Maintain daily receiving log documenting receipt activity by invoice, supplier etc
- Interact with the purchasing department to insure all shortages are addressed and product is as ordered by buyer
- Directly involved in monthly inventory
- Communicate to departments any shortages, or concerns to the operation of the department
- Responsible for the appropriate rotation of product in the central warehouse
- Clean and help maintain the receiving dock and the central warehouse
- Maintain a consistent attendance record
- Wear appropriate attire with the proper footwear for a safe environment
- Work to maintain the quality standards of Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and the Team environment

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must possess a valid CA Driver's License.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
- Must be able to stand, bend for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a consistent basis.
