Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Social Specialist (Contract Basis) based in United States.
This is a hands-on paid social role focused on executing and optimizing B2B campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
You’ll translate approved briefs and audience strategies into well-structured, measurable, and high-performing campaigns.
The role spans full-funnel acquisition, account-based marketing, regional programs, retargeting, and brand awareness initiatives.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day optimization, campaign testing, audience management, creative rotation, and measurement hygiene.
Success will be measured by downstream pipeline impact and business outcomes rather than surface-level platform activity.
You’ll work with growth marketing and cross-functional teams while operating with significant autonomy and clear priorities.
This six-month contract is ideal for a performance-minded paid social specialist who enjoys execution, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
- Build, restructure, launch, and maintain full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns across upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel stages.
- Deploy account-based and contact-level audience lists, including appropriate customer and active-pipeline exclusions.
- Manage Sponsored Messages, Document Ads, single-image campaigns, and other relevant paid social formats.
- Establish and maintain a weekly optimization cadence covering bids, budgets, audiences, creative rotation, CPMs, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Execute Meta mid-funnel retargeting and account-based campaigns.
- Design and run in-platform experiments across audiences, formats, bidding strategies, and funnel structures.
- Manage full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns across EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland, DACH, and France, based on approved regional strategies.
- Maintain distinct EMEA campaign structures and reporting while keeping regional activity properly separated from core-market programs.
- Own brand campaign execution and monthly optimization across LinkedIn and Meta, measuring performance through reach, frequency, and brand-lift indicators.
- Execute partner co-marketing and account-based paid social programs, including audience activation, campaign QA, and launch checks.
- Own UTM construction and quality assurance for every campaign, following established tracking and naming conventions.
- Monitor campaign performance against MQL and Sales Accepted Opportunity pipeline metrics using Salesforce and Tableau or comparable BI tools.
- Investigate performance anomalies and provide actionable diagnoses rather than simply reporting metrics.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ideally managing B2B enterprise programs at meaningful scale.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel LinkedIn campaign structures, matched audiences, contact-level list uploads, exclusion logic, and a broad range of advertising formats.
- Working knowledge of Meta for B2B retargeting and account-based targeting.
- Experience being measured against CRM-sourced pipeline outcomes rather than platform-level conversion metrics.
- Comfortable working with Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, including UTM structures, naming conventions, campaign hierarchies, and measurement hygiene.
- Experience managing multi-region paid social programs where regional performance is separately structured and measured.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of execution, and operate effectively without constant supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect campaign performance to downstream business outcomes.
- Experience with list-building or data-enrichment tools such as Clay is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience with account-based marketing programs is preferred.
- Agency experience managing enterprise B2B social advertising budgets is an advantage.
- Six-month contract engagement.
- Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
- Competitive contract rate of $83 per hour.
- U.S.-remote working arrangement with meaningful overlap with Eastern Time business hours.
- Opportunity to work on enterprise B2B paid social programs across LinkedIn and Meta.
- Exposure to account-based marketing, regional expansion, full-funnel acquisition, and pipeline-focused performance marketing.
- Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holidays and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on contract terms and applicable location.
- Access to a collaborative environment that emphasizes ownership, experimentation, customer trust, and measurable outcomes.
