WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
FOH Shift Lead
• Serve as the operational lead of the dining room when the GM is off
• Jump into any FOH station, expo, cashier, barista, support, wherever the team needs you
• Open and close the restaurant and handle approved administrative duties
• Coach FOH team members on guest service and standards in real time, on the floor
• Handle guest feedback with patience, positivity, and urgency
• Maintain sanitation and service standards, every shift, no exceptions
BOH Shift Lead
• Serve as the culinary lead when the GM is off, the one they trust to protect the product
• Jump in anywhere on the line, prep, cook, expo, wherever the kitchen needs you most
• Open and close the kitchen and handle approved operational duties
• Coach BOH team members on recipes, technique, and culinary standards in real time, on the line
• Keep the kitchen communicating, with each other and with FOH, so everything runs seamlessly
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, every plate, every time

This job is a launchpad, not a landing spot. We built the Shift Lead role as the first real leadership step on the way to running your own restaurant. Prove you can lead a team, protect the standard, and think like an owner, and you're exactly who we're building our next wave of General Managers from.
Along the way, you'll get real reps in the stuff that actually makes a GM: labor and scheduling, inventory and ordering, coaching real people through real shifts, and learning both sides of the house so nothing catches you off guard when it's your restaurant to run.
