Description
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Rehab Industries | Indianapolis, Indiana
Build Something Significant!
Rehab Industries is looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to help lead the next stage of our growth.
We are looking for more than a strong financial executive. We want a dynamic, strategic and entrepreneurial leader who wants to help build an enterprise.
Working side-by-side with the CEO and executive leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the future of Rehab Industries—helping drive growth strategy, acquisitions, capital allocation, financial performance and the infrastructure required to support a much larger organization.
We have built a significant organization. We believe we are still in the early stages of what Rehab Industries can become.
Why Rehab Industries?
Rehab Industries has established businesses, a growing national footprint, an entrepreneurial culture and significant ambitions for the future.
We are looking for a CFO who wants to have a meaningful seat at the table and help determine where we go next, how we capitalize the business, where we invest, what we acquire and how we build the infrastructure necessary to support continued growth.
About Rehab Industries!
Rehab Industries is a diversified holding company built around one unified mission: improving lives.
Our portfolio includes:
- Rehab Medical — a nationally growing complex rehabilitation technology company
- Cork Medical — a medical device manufacturer specializing in advanced wound care
- Forza Commercial Real Estate — a growing commercial and multifamily real estate company
Our long-term vision is to continue scaling our existing companies, expand through strategic acquisitions and new opportunities, and build Rehab Industries into a major enterprise.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will serve as the senior financial executive for Rehab Industries and a key strategic partner in building the organization.
We want a CFO who can bring financial sophistication and discipline while operating with the energy, urgency and entrepreneurial mindset of a growth company.
The right candidate will be comfortable moving between strategy and execution—evaluating an acquisition, structuring capital, analyzing performance, challenging an investment, developing leaders or sitting with the CEO working through the next major growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Lead enterprise financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning
- Lead banking relationships, debt strategy, financing, treasury and liquidity management
- Play a significant leadership role in M&A, including modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring and integration
- Partner with operating-company leadership to drive growth, profitability, cash flow and accountability
- Build scalable financial systems, reporting, controls and infrastructure capable of supporting a significantly larger enterprise
Who We Are Looking For - The ideal candidate has already helped build, scale or transform a meaningful organization and is excited by the opportunity to do it again.
We care less about simply having held the CFO title and more about what you helped build while you were there.
Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive financial dynamic leadership experience, including meaningful experience as a CFO, divisional CFO, VP of Finance or comparable senior executive
The Person
We are looking for someone who brings more than credentials and technical expertise.
- Dynamic — brings energy, urgency, confidence and executive presence
- Strategic — sees the entire business, not just the financial statements
- Driven — sets a high bar, moves with purpose and wants to win
- Engaged — gets into the business, builds relationships and understands what is happening beyond the finance department
- Hands-On — willing to move between high-level strategy and detailed execution when necessary
