About the Job

We’re looking for a hardworking Laborer or crew to support our telecom construction crews with landscape restoration and site cleanup. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and essential to leaving every job site clean, safe, and restored after underground utility work.

This role requires travel, and all flights and lodging will be booked and paid for by the company.

• Backfill, grade, and level areas where utilities were installed
• Reseed and restore disturbed ground
• Install erosion control materials (straw, matting, silt fence)
• Remove dirt, debris, and materials from job sites
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment (rakes, shovels, compactors, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic control requirements
• Assist crews with additional field tasks as needed
